Everything You Need to Know

At Redondo Beach RC, we make every effort to give our customers a fair and rewarding shopping experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.
Shipping Policy: 
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic please be aware that some locations are seeing substantial delays. At this time we are not sending out replacements or refunds for items that are likely delayed. We very much appreciate your understanding and will try our best to ensure you receive what you ordered, or your money back. 


Shipping is calculated at checkout. To see shipping prices, go into checkout entering your address or logging into paypal. Shipping will then be shown before you actually checkout.


We primarily use USPS mail for all our standard deliveries. Under some circumstances FedEx or UPS might be used as well.


Process time on all orders: We try to process your order as quickly as possible. It may take 2-3 working days from when the order is placed. However, sometimes it can take a little longer. We sincerely apologize if should happen. But keep in mind this is currently a one man operation, so we appreciate your patience.


RETURNED PACKAGES:

If we receive an unclaimed or undelivered package back, we will refund the items, minus the postal cost. We will email you if this happens. Please place the order again if you still wish to receive the parts. In some circumstances we will discount re-postage. Please contact us.
